   I want to do the same thing myself. I asked the dealer and they told
   me it was illegal for them to do it and that I wouldn’t pass the
   annual state inspection. I think that’s a bunch of bull and still want
   to do it.
   

   MDT, can you dummy up your instruction alittle.
