I have a ’93 4runner and like to go up to the mountains and tool around on
some rough roads deep into the forest.  I have added nothing to improve my
off-roading capabilites and know that it’s risky to go onto a road that’s
too technical.  I was wondering what I should do to my truck.  Just some
basics that get me into some tougher trails.  I was thinking about a lift,
increase tire/rim size, and a winch.  What do you all recommend for a first
step?

I just purchased an 88 pickup. Reg. cab and would like to get some running
boards for it.

Some of the catalogs that I’ve been getting have the cut-off for most of the
accessories at ’89. I guess that was a body style change.

Will newer running boards fit my truck. If so, which years. Also, which
Toyota factory stereos will fit in there? It has a FM with an extra opening.

I have a "79 4×4 PU with aftermarket shackles on he rear for a lift. This makes
the truck sit higher in the rear. I want to replace them with stock shackles,
anyone have a set for sale?

I am thinking of purchasing a Toyota dolphin motorhome with a V-6 engine.
It seems to have good performance on hills etc.  I have heard there was
some problem with the rear axle bearings on the dual tires not being
adequate for the load.  Has anyone heard of the problem?

I was also wondering wwhat the "extra power" switch on the dash was all about.

I am located in Atlanta and I am looking for a rear bumper and rear tailgate
for a 97 T100.  Anyone is this newsgroup have one or know a good junk yard
that might.

I have a 4runner, 4cyd and I hear a clicking sound coming from the dashboard
mostly the passenger side. The clicking sound is not contstant. But it off
and on. I mostly hear it while on the highway…. Whats your thoughts.
Please help…..

31/10.50/15 tires
I live in Minnesota so I need a tire that is good in the snow and ice

I badly want the clear taillights for my T100.  (I think they are called
Eurolight’s).  However they aparently aren’t made for my favorite toy.
Any suggestions as to where they could be specially ordered or another
place to check.
