91 4Runner Tranny error code 61

I just got my truck back from the dealer with the new engine, and have a
couple of questions, the engine runs quite strong and smooth, but my
overdrive light is flashing, I extracted the code and got a 61, which I
believe to be a number 2 speed sensor. Where the heck is this thing at? is
it something that can easily be checked? Also, the engine seems to run
perfect, with the exception of a poor idle that only occured once, after
about a 30 mile drive, I parked the truck for about 15 mins, restarted and
the idle was low and fluctuating in a wave like patter (up and down) then
the truck stalled, this happened twice, so I gave it some gas for a second
or two and that seemed to fix the problem.

I just experienced the same thing. However I found out that there is a dealer rebate of $750 on the
2003 Tacoma, the vehicle that I was interested in. I negotiated a price. And then negotiated the
dealer rebate back in my pocket. A fair deal.

I also went to the Ford dealer and looked at the Ranger. It was quickly obvious, between Ford and
Toyota, who was the hungriest. Ford has a $2000 rebate and the dealer, without me asking, said I
could have it at cost and  in addition pocket the Rebate. That would make it over $5000 off sticker!
But I bought the Toyota instead. I liked it best and when I go to sell customers will beat down my
    door to buy it.
