My a/c compressor on my 87 4-runner doesn’t seem to be working.
The fuse checks good behind the glove box.
The fan is working.
The green light on the a/c button is on when pressed in.
I don’t feel the strain on the engine when the a/c is turned on,and
I don’t hear the compressor turn on.
Any ideas or suggestions on what to check?
Thanks
Arezee

Sounds like the refrigerant is too low. Take it to a shop that is
licensed to handle CFC’s. Bring your wallet.
Corky Scott
Sounds like you’re out of freon.
